1st digit - Type of membership

2nd digit - Institutions HK /Macao

3rd & 4th digits - Departments in France where you've studied
01 - 95 , 00 for others

5th & 6th digits - Year of joining FAA
e.g. 05 = 2005

7th - 11th digits - serial number in order of joining ... It's your username for login to FAA website.
