Definition:
**Ordinary / Life member - HK/Macau permanent resident who studied in France for at least 3 months.
**Associate member - All type of applicants.
**Student member - Full-time student in all regions.

**Annual Membership subscription covers the period up to 31^st December 2007
**Bi-annual Membership subscription for students covers the period up to 31^st December 2008

Entrance Fee - HK$100 (payable by ALL new members, Entrance Fee wavied for new members joining on or before 31^st December 2007.)

Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance NotificationPersonal data provided in this form will be kept strictly confidential and be used for the purposes of processing the application for French Alumni Association (FAA), communication between FAA and its members, mailing of FAA newsletters, promotion and publicity materials relating to the programmes organized by FAA. Membership database are processed, maintained and stored by FAA Committee and the Consulate General de France a Hong Kong (the Consulate). General information of members will be listed at the Alumni of French Academic Institutions published by the Consulate. Name and membership number of active / non-active members will be displayed at FAA official website www.faa-hk.com (FAA website) for verification of membership status. Apart from name, school, stay in France, degree(s) obtained, graduation year, some of the data may also be released at FAA website, if consent(s) has (have) been given below.

Declarations:

• UNLESS THE APPLICATION IS REJECTED BY COMMITTEE, THE ENTRANCE FEE AND MEMBERSHIP SUBSCRIPTIONS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.
• Membership database are processed and maintained by the Consulate General de France a Hong Kong. General information of members will be listed at the Alumni of French Academic Institutions published by the Consulate General de France a Hong Kong.
• Entrance fee, HK$100, being one time payment, is payable by all new members.  Entrance fee is wavied for new members joining on or before 31st December 2007.
• Payment by cheque, payable to French Alumni Association. Please write your full name and contact number at the back of the cheque.   
• Please mail payment to French Alumni Association, c/o Service de Cooperation et d'Action Culturelle, Consulat General de France a Hong Kong, 25/F, Tower II, Admiralty Centre, 18 Harcourt Road, Admiralty, Hong Kong.
